OUR SHIPPING POLICIES

Please email us at cs@pleatsdesign.com if you have questions regarding shipments. All shipping services used by Pleats Design provide a tracking number. Domestic shipments are sent with USPS.  Please note an additional 1-2 business day processing time is required.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES

All domestic Pleats Design packages are shipped via USPS and rates will be determined by weight and shipping location.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or International territories.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via USPS:

  1. Find the USPS tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.
  2. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.usps.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDER

If your order includes several items they may be sent to you in individual packages from different locations. If this is the case you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific package and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS & WRONG ADDRESS

If you refuse any shipments from Pleats Design, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Pleats Design. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise refund, if any. If the item is not received by the customer and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
